I had to call to get a credit on my tire rotation which was supposed to be free because we purchased all four new tires from the dealership. Part of the reason we like to go to the dealer vs. a cheaper chain for oil changes and tire rotations, etc. is because the maintain the records on our cars. I would expect them to be able to see we purchased the tires there and not charge me - or at least go out of their way to look and/or ask me that question as opposed to just assuming I didn't and charge me anyway. Me having to call is an extra step in the process and I end up playing email and telephone tag until it's handled.
