I went in for an oil change, and tire rotation. I came out with the recommendation of $1,000 of needed repairs. I was sorry to hear this, but I am grateful that the repairs can be done before the problems became worse.

As usual Jennings took excellent care of me, particularly when I was in need of special assistance, as I had been in an accident. Steve, the body shop manager, was extremely helpful. Explained thoroughly all the steps and the processes that we'd be going through. The only thing is after requesting several times for something to be put in writing regarding warranty for the work performed , I still do not have that in hand. I even brought the car back for additional work, requested the warranty write up again, upon picking up the car, the receipt did not include any statement about warranty on the work done. The work included a total $8300.00, that includes parts which insurance warranties. Thank you for asking. If some could send me a copy of the invoice with warranty for the work I'd greatly appreciate it.

No-one was able to program my flip phone to my 19 Volt..it would program to my 18 Volt..not even the "expert" that I talked with on the 800 number for Chevrolet..but you did it!! I am so grateful, because I did not want to buy a new phone just for this purpose!! You saved me several hundred dollars!!

When I arrived, about 15 mins early, I was greeted by no one. After standing next to my car for a good 5 mins, someone came out of his office to offer help. He set me up with a Rep who seemed overworked, distracted and inconvenienced by me. I came in for an oil change for my 11:30 appointment thinking I���d be done by 1PM or so. The Rep told me he���d try for 2PM. I finally drove out at 3PM! With several add-ons that were done with my permission but with no explanation, my bill was over $300...a long way from a $35 oil change. I never got an explanation or apology for any of this. After 10 years with Jennings service and 2 new car buys, this was my first bad experience. I hope it will be my last.

An oil change under a scheduled appointment took nearly 3 hours to complete. While I understand that the staff was stated as being short handed (with an identified 1 individual out sick), that type of turnaround is unacceptable. It devalues the use of a scheduled appointment and degrades the consideration for a customer's time.
We at Jennings greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us grow as a dealership. Our service department takes great pride in meeting our goal of an hour and thirty minute oil change/tire rotation. On your last service we changed the oil and oil filter. We rotated / inflated your tires and we performed a MultiPoint Inspection which entails examining / measuring 51 different components. We ran your serial number through GM���s data base to see if there were any recalls or computer updates. We topped up all fluids; coolant, brake fluid, power steering, transmission, etc. We lubricate door / hood hinges and lock cylinders. We electronically measure your wheel alignment and tire wear. After all of this we wash your vehicle. We are disappointed to hear that we were not able to meet our goal in your case. We hope to show you on your next visit that we can do much better.
