My car over heated Wednesday & I pulled over & called. Explained to Mark who said let the engine cool down for 10 minutes or so & bring it in. I arrived about 6:30 pm. Mark checked me in, told me about a possible warranty issue and said he would do his best. He also said the shop was booked and they might not look at the car until Friday. When I got home I had an email with an 11:00 am appointment Thursday. I received a text shortly after 11:00 with a message & estimate which I could not respond to until about 12:30. I approved the repairs and added an oil change & filter due to the engine over heating. I picked up the car about 6:00 pm or so. Great service & coaching me on the over heated engine. I could not be happier. Thanks.
