Actual car service was good. However I was not allowed to use my $100 rewards toward my bill because I did not have password or member number with me. Ridiculous! You are GM. Bring it up on your computer. I’m a long time customer. Plenty of identification with me. And girl gave me a non functional number to phone. Now I am out $100 unnecessarily. So - credit my credit card $100 to make up for your inefficiency.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 2p, but arrived early and was taken care of by Dave. Excellent service all the way around. For funny thing though, when I got into my car to leave, I found a small electronic device in my cup holder. I spoke to a very nice young man who was moving cars and asked him about it. He said that it was found during the service and appeared to be a tracking device. I have no idea where it would’ve come from. I gave to him to turn in or dispose of. Thanks for looking out for me! Very strange

Service person did not tell me when the car was ready, as he had someone in his office and had me wait. Also did not tell me where the car was, I needed to track down someone else to find and bring the car to me. Did not explain what was done with the tire censor, that they were disconnected and would not work until driving it for a while. They still do not work almost a week later.

It started off great. My wife and I test drove the vehicle. Salesperson was attentive and we talked over the vehicle. Throughout the time at the dealership our salesperson came in and out as he was assisting other customers. We felt that we did not have his full attention. When it came time to value my trade in and then run credit, my wife and I felt that he was being very pushy. Then all of a sudden we were being moved to the finance office, I thought it was odd but didn’t say anything. In the finance office, we were told “congratulations”, my wife and I were confused because we never discussed final payment, monthly payment, my rate and also the Costco program which was the main reason we went to this dealership. I also reached out to the general sales manager and also another sales manager through email about my experience and both emails were not answered.

I had an appointment for 8AM on 4-16. I dropped my car off at 3 PM on 4-15 so it would be there for the appointment. They didn't even look at the car until 4PM on Wednesday so there is no way I could get the car back that day with the work that needed to get done. Also the advisor was supposed to call me with updates and didn't. I had to repeatedly call to get updates. Also I wanted to use my gm points towards the bill. And it said so right on the bill. But the points were not credited towards the bill. Usually my experience with you is good but I was very disappointed in my visit this time. Also the estimate was double the price of getting the repairs done elsewhere.

besides all the work i had done i asked that the tires all be reset at 30 psi. when i got into the car to leave i checked and saw that ALL the psi sensors had been shut off. i had to go back , find a service tech and have him send someone out to fix this. also they had to go into my trunk to set up the new battery and i found that all my possessions were just tossed back into the trunk. it took me over an hour to find everything and clean up the mess they made!

I have a brand new car that has had multiple problems and has caused considerable difficulty. Now we are waiting for a part to arrive. Chevy says it is on back order and there is no estimated arrival date. So meanwhile, I have an expensive car that isn’t fully functional. The dealership seems to have little basic knowledge of the technology built into my Equinox and the accompanying app.

I didn't receive the service I'm used to expecting from you. I had to stand in the hot driveway waiting for the one service representative to handle two other customers ... while others walked by, made me feel like I was in the way, and generally averted their gaze. When I asked if someone else could help me, one of the reps who has cared for me in the past refused the request from the parker. Then, the rep who did finally get to me tried to charge me for services that I had prepaid when I purchased the car. Even the cashier didn't remind me to use my points until after she had run my card. Honestly, if this had been my first experience with you ... or if I hadn't prepaid so many services ... I would look elsewhere. I pass other dealerships just to drive to you, and I often sing your praises to friends who are in the market for cars or services. In the past this has been worthwhile, but this experience makes me rethink it.

Was never contacted about additional work that the technician suggested. Was just called to be told that the car was ready. We were about to leave on a trip the next day, were unable to take our car on the trip because the technician notes stated it was leaking oil and needed cabin filter change. Staff member Dora is always polite and professional answering the phone and getting the caller to the correct service. She is also helpful in answering questions with payment. She does it with a smile which helps. 2. All service staff have always been helpful and good explainers of auto problems and issues. 3. Timely service and contacts to let car owner know progress and completion. 4. Transportation Service to pick up and take home while waiting for completion. Very important. and necessary. 5. Comfortable waiting area. Suggestion: Children's area has been moved and needs a sign directing family. 5. It is helpful to have one place where there is a service record over the years.

Brought my truck in for tire balancing and an alignment because the previous shop I took it to said the tires were too big and their alignment machine was down. Not only did your dealership take care of me, they painted the tire weights black so they would blend in with my black rims. Although I’ve never purchased a car from you, I’ve been bringing my trucks in for years for service and your dealership never disappoints. Don’t care for having to go through Enterprise for a rental when needed, but other than that happy with the service you provide.

Asked that the air filter be reset when I had the oil and filter change because I only drive in electric mode, but you didn’t do that and I asked that you not rotate the tires because if they are rotated there is a wobble in the front, but I think you may have rotated them anyway.

The appointment was scheduled and the machine was broken to change the transmission fluid. I should have been notified to reschedule as it was routine maintenance. Being told it was a 4 hour appointment that turned into being 24 hrs without our only car was very disruptive even when I had to return to pick up a rental at the end of the first day. Lack of communication with in the service area was frustrating. Mac provided good service skills even with afore mentioned lack of communication.

He examined my vehicle and explained the process to me, and gave me an estimated time frame for the service. I made an 11:00 am appointment. First, it took 20 minutes for the service person to check me in. Then, I had arranged a ride home and was planning on coming back when the car was done. I was told because I was leaving and not staying my car would be done later in the day. I had planned my day around getting the car back in a couple of hours and instead I had to re-juggle everything to pick it up later. This is our kid's car and my kids had appointments scheduled later in the day and this delay created unnecessary stress. This is not my experience at other dealerships. I should not be penalized for not wanting to sit and waste 90 minutes of my life and instead going home to work and coming back. I work from home and I had planned the timing of my day based on the 11:00 am appointment which was just for an oil change and tire rotation. I would have picked up the car as soon as it was done. The service for the car itself was good which is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

My car was not seen when the appointment was originally made. It was not seen until the next day. The gentleman that was in charge of the appointment, Jorge, was very inappropriate as we were speaking. He used words like "honey" and "sunshine", and asked me how old I was during the intake process of the car. Because of the mistakes made during this process, I was without a car for 6 days, which was longer than originally anticipated. After this experience, I will hesitate to bring my car back for service in the future, and will only do so out of convenience.
